How to Cook

- Deep-fry: a light starch coating gives a crisp, golden skin
Storage
Keep at -18°C or below. Thaw the sealed pack slowly in the refrigerator, or in cold water if you are in a hurry — never at room temperature. Once thawed, cook within two to three days and do not refreeze.
